I suspect this one might not be exactly a story but, well.
See this is a neglected kitty's point of view. The challenge was a story from an animal's POV.
It could be both a happy story or a sad one; the kitty doesn't know WHY she's drunk, if she was partying, or miserable, it's upset because she forgot to feed it. You're free to take it however you want.

Hmm... shouldn't it be "Thirsty" instead of "Hungry"? O.o
Although both would work anyway, but it's quite interesting how they juxtapose, somewhat.
I like the structure and how you've put the "Hungry" as an afterthought, as if the cat had only just realised or expected things to be different but was disappointed with the result.
